Step 2 –
Once the first initial inquiry has been made, our team with many years of experience will read through your description and information, before making a fair offer for the vehicle. Then the choice is yours. The offer we make does not need to be replied to straight away. Take your time, think about it, discuss it with your family, if you’re still on the fence, give us a call to talk it through.
Throughout this time, there will be no pressure from us, if you make the decision to reject our offer, there will be no hard feelings from our end. We understand that this is a big decision and one that can not be rushed.
Step 3 –
If you decide to accept our offer, an appointment will be made to pay and collect your caravan or motorhome. The time and date will be what suits you best, and there is no need to travel, we will come either to your house or a location chosen by you to collect the vehicle. When it comes to making payment, we have two options available: cash or bank transfer. We would recommend bank transfer as it’s a quicker process for getting the money into your bank. With cash we need time to get the money from the bank. To make things even easier for you, we pay before we take away, so you aren’t waiting around for the money.
Once you have made the initial contact with us, and an offer has been calculated and given to you, if you accept, the caravan, motorhome or 4×4 will be gone at your earliest convenience, could be as soon as 24 hours after the accepting of the offer.
